Sunday – Thursday: 10 am – 9 pm
Friday – Saturday: 10 am – 10 pm

Full food and beverage menus are available, including private bar service. Contact sales@thetrailhotel.com ahead of your reservation for special requests. Please note that outside food and beverages are not allowed.
Cancellation Policies
Cancellations within 12 hours of the reservation will incur a 50% charge of the booking fee. Please note that a no call, no show will result in a 100% charge of the booking fee.
Check-In Process
Guests must check in at the Front Desk before their scheduled time. Reservations are released after 15 minutes. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult (21+) at all times.
Booking & Walk-In Policies
Please note that reservations are strongly encouraged via The Trail Hotel’s website, or by calling the front desk. Walk-ins are allowed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Group Size
There is a maximum of 8 people per reservation. For private events (of up to 22 guests), please contact sales@thetrailhotel.com.
